Guides are players with a rank that allows them to be more visible than a "normal" player, but without permission. Their role is to help other players. To be a guide, you must have exemplary behavior on the server and also have a thorough understanding of the intricacies of Requiem Decimation to best assist players. Apply now 😎 !

⚠ The Guide rank is not a Moderator rank and only entails the primary responsibility of helping and guiding players whenever possible, whether in chat or while waiting for a staff response. ⚠

Applications are serious initiatives; therefore, comments are moderated. You are free to show your approval or disapproval of an application, but your opinions must always be justified and explained. Trolls will be removed. It is also pointless to contact your friends or alliances to ask them to endorse your application; on the contrary, this gives a bad impression of you in the eyes of the Staff.

II - Explanation of your application

➜ Your application must strictly follow the prescribed format and answer all the questions.
➜ You may, if you wish, slightly improve the formatting, but be sure to maintain the order of the questions. Clearly highlight the questions and your answers, for example, using distinct colors.
➜ Pay attention to your application and the image you project: take the time to proofread, correct spelling mistakes, and ensure a clean and legible presentation.
➜ If your application is accepted, you will then be invited for an oral interview with an Operator.
➜ In case of rejection, a 30-day waiting period will apply before you can submit a new application to the Staff.

III - Format 1.0

1.0 - Requiem Decimation Username: Your exact username, where you will receive a rank.
2.0 - Age: Enter your age.
3.0 - Requiem Decimation Membership: Year you joined Requiem Decimation. Please specify if you have had any long breaks.
3.1 - Requiem Decimation Playtime: Your playtime.
4.0 - Last Requiem Decimation Staff Experience: Have you previously been a staff member on Requiem Decimation? How many times and for how long? What rank did you reach?
4.1 - Reason for Leaving: If you were previously a staff member, what was the exact reason for your departure?
5.0 - Have You Ever Received One or More Bans: If no, explain your most severe sanction.
5.1 - On which server(s): Server(s) where you received the sanction(s)
5.2 - Reason(s): Specific reason(s) for the sanction(s) applied.
6.0 - 4 strengths: List your 4 best qualities.
6.1 - 4 weaknesses: List your 4 worst weaknesses.
7.0 - Motivation(s): Explain and detail your motivations; we expect at least 5 lines (without line breaks).
8.0 - Schedule: Describe your schedule during the week, weekends, and holidays.
